OEM Engineer / OEM质量工程师

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing and evaluating quality figures, improve OEM Supplier quality managements
• Inspect production lines at the supplier
• Routine analysis of process quality problems
• To control process quality problems, improve process capability
• Fulfill the job according to the working plan accurately and on time.
• Compile, revise, review and file all the documents in the quality department.
• Supplier audit
• Participate in production in-process control
• Deal with customer complaint.
• Implement and preserve quality system.
• Other quality related jobs.
• Other duties set by the quality manager.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or other related area.
• At least 3 year working experience or above in related fields
• Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, 8D and FMEA
• Familiar with on site management of manufacturer industry
• Familiar with molding, stamping, machining or assembling process
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• ISO 9000 certificate a must.
• Willing to travel
